The Management of We4 Clinical Research has defined this Gender Equality Policy in agreement with the company’s Steering Committee and in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice.

- Ensuring equal participation of men and women in all annual training initiatives;
- Promoting a culture based on meritocracy and respect for people, regardless of gender;
- Always ensuring an adequate selection of candidates from the underrepresented gender, with the aim of achieving gender balance in positions of responsibility;
- Ensuring equity and equal access to the same remuneration treatments for all employees and collaborators, regardless of gender;
- Improving the work-life balance of employees and consultants through flexible working methods, such as smart working;
- Supporting employees and consultants during and after long periods of absence from work, avoiding discrimination and facilitating reintegration;
- Preventing physical, verbal violence, and sexual harassment in the workplace, including from third parties, through awareness programs on gender harassment that promote awareness and responsible behavior;
- Ensuring the implementation of procedures and the Gender Equality management system.
To ensure continuous and accurate monitoring of the assumed commitments, We4 Clinical Research has adopted a series of specific performance indicators appropriate to the company context.
