E questo fa tutta la differenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ecco perch\u00e9 lo \u00abstandard aureo\u00bb pu\u00f2 rivelarsi insufficiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Curva di apprendimento: i risultati dipendono dall'esperienza dell'utente. Uno nuovo strumento robotico performa diversamente man mano che cresce l'expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovazione rapida: quando un RCT termina, il dispositivo potrebbe gi\u00e0 avere una nuova versione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Popolazioni piccole o di nicchia: la randomizzazione non \u00e8 sempre fattibile o etica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitazioni del blinding: non si pu\u00f2 \u00abmascherare\u00bb uno strumento chirurgico o un'interfaccia software;
