Per questo, la creazione e il consolidamento di una cultura di Parit\u00e0 di Genere presso We4 Clinical Research rappresentano la base di una strategia aziendale fondata su talento, meritocrazia e sostenibilit\u00e0 a lungo termine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We4 Clinical Research dichiara la propria volont\u00e0 di perseguire la Parit\u00e0 di Genere, valorizzare la diversit\u00e0 e sostenere l'empowerment femminile.\n\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa Politica \u00e8 rivolta a tutti i dipendenti e collaboratori di We4 Clinical Research ed \u00e8 condivisa con tutti i suoi principali stakeholder, fornitori e clienti, al fine di avere un maggiore impatto all'interno della sua rete del valore e fungere da punto di riferimento per altre realt\u00e0 aziendali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particolare, We4 Clinical Research si impegna a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assumere persone con background e competenze diverse, favorire la Parit\u00e0 di Genere nei\nprocessi di selezione, valorizzare la meritocrazia e adottare procedure standardizzate per\ngarantire pari opportunit\u00e0 a tutti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fornire formazione sull'uguaglianza di genere e sui pregiudizi cognitivi a coloro che sono\ncoinvolti nei processi di assunzione;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promuovere un dialogo continuo e trasparente tra la Direzione e i consulenti nel processo di\nvalutazione delle performance, promuovendo discussioni costruttive e utilizzando il\nfeedback per il miglioramento continuo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fornire pari opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppo e crescita sensibilizzando l'organizzazione alla\nvalorizzazione delle differenze, alla Parit\u00e0 di Genere e all'inclusione;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantire la partecipazione paritaria di uomini e donne a tutte le iniziative di formazione\nannuali;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promuovere una cultura basata sulla meritocrazia e sul rispetto delle persone,\nindipendentemente dal genere;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assicurare sempre un\u2019adeguata selezione di candidate\/i del genere meno rappresentato,\ncon l\u2019obiettivo di raggiungere l\u2019equilibrio di genere nelle posizioni di responsabilit\u00e0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantire equit\u00e0 e opportunit\u00e0 di accesso ai medesimi trattamenti retributivi a tutti i propri\ndipendenti e collaboratori indipendentemente dal genere;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Migliorare il work-life balance dei dipendenti e consulenti attraverso metodi di lavoro\nflessibili, come lo smart working;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sostenere dipendenti e consulenti durante e dopo lunghi periodi di assenza dal lavoro,\nevitando discriminazioni e facilitando il reinserimento;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenire violenze fisiche, verbali e molestie sessuali nei luoghi di lavoro, anche da parte di\nterzi, attraverso programmi di sensibilizzazione sulle molestie di genere che promuovano\nconsapevolezza e comportamenti responsabili;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantire l'attuazione delle procedure e del sistema di gestione della Parit\u00e0 di Genere.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per garantire un monitoraggio continuo e accurato degli impegni assunti, We4 Clinical Research ha\nadottato una serie di indicatori di performance specifici e adeguati al contesto aziendale.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Management of We4 Clinical Research has defined this Gender Equality Policy in agreement with the company&#8217;s Steering Committee and in accordance with the UNI\/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice.
