At the end of the trial, the database of the study must be locked, so that it is no longer possible to edit data. There are two Type of Data base lock that can be performed according the needed revison or study phase. During a study a Soft Lock can be performed.
\nAt the end of a study an Hard Lock DB is performed. This gives the green light to analyze the data as final and before the final analysis.
